RAMEN
Mirakutei serves Sapporo style ramen which is a milky white soup stock called “Paitan”, and curly medium-thick noodles. Paitan broth is made with pork and chicken bones, dried konbu, chicken, anchovy, yellow onion, scallions, carrots, and ginger roots.
